SMD Doesn't Insure Their Packa

My package went missing My package went missing. The Post Office made a mistake and said it was delivered (or mistakenly delivered it) even though I have proof the mail was supposed to be held. Someone either stole the box while I was away, or it's lost in the back of a truck somewhere. But SMD didn't insure the package for more than $15 so now I'm out three tubs of serum and a lot of money. SMD, I love some of your products but the website can be a little fly-by-night.
