GB2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars 2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars, unfortunately now they are a zero. Their site was shut down for 5 days and I almost lost my business. There was no communication either by phone or email, nor were they responsive to attempts to reach them by phone, chat, email, or social media. They came back online in 5 days, claimed a subcontractor failed to pay bills and they were turned off. Subsequently it took 5 weeks for them to return our colocated server. To this date their support phone number is unavailable, and their responsiveness to chat sessions is variable.

GBBeen talking with Scott at… Been talking with Scott at RadWebHosting for a few months now getting ready to expand my service offerings to my customers to include VPS. Finally pulled the trigger on this and got their VPS reseller plan and I am amazed by the way it works and how well the WHMCS Module they built for handles the service. The server I'm on is great so far and actually has exceeded my expectations.

NGI paid for a service it's been 3 days… I paid for a service it's been 3 days now and nothing has been provisioned, I wrote to customer service no response, just an automated acknowledgement, I tried the live chat no response too, and their Facebook account seems abandoned for long, no actual response to my worries. I feel defrauded. I think the company is no longer in business.
