Negligent Customer Service + No Refund Update: The vendor has failed to reply to all of my emails and failed to address and/or process any refund for me even though the are able to reply to these reviews regularly. Do not trust their customer service! I downloaded ibeesoft to recover data on my system. Unfortunately none of the data is recoverable as the software is unable to recover the files I need on my system. Only hours after downloading the software, I emailed their customer service requesting a refund. Instead I got a flippant reply to look further into the file folders to find what I am looking for. That is not a helpful response at all. They have been ignoring all further emails from me regarding the refund even though they state customers are eligible for refunds in these circumstances. If the software does not work for the customer's purposes, especially considering it cost nearly $60 USD, then the customer should receive it.

Excellent recovery software… Excellent software to recover my lost documents. A friend told me about it when I lost my work files due to accidental formatting. In 2 minutes I had my files back, I'm very happy!

The recovery was just alright compared… The recovery was just alright compared to other software used The issue that I had with them was there auto renew subscription- I tried to cancel my auto subscription and after an hour still cannt find where to do it, emailed them no reply....had to cancel credit card. Too many companies do this and it sucks
