Started Great, Now Ghosted They started off great. Work was moving along. I was asked to write up what I wanted on my web pages. It took me a bit to get it done, as I work insane hours. Once I got it to them, they said I needed their “writers” to write the pages for me. I was originally quoted a price that was supposed to be for a finished product. I was later told I needed to pay for these writers, so I did. The so-called writers sucked. Huge waste of money. I emailed the web designer back & gave him what I wanted him to use. He said he would get back to me. Didn’t hear from him for a while, then FINALLY hear back, saying he’d been sick. I tried being understanding & gave him more time. He sent me 1 page & it wasn’t the writing I told him to use. He said he would check into it & get back to me. He’s now ghosted me. I can’t get him to answer e-mails now. Waste of time & money. Stay away from Branded Design Gurus.

Sid Johnson Computer Expert Sid Johnson saved my life! I was not receiving emails for weeks at a time and I also wasnt able to send emails! Within an hour of being on the phone with Sid, he then took over control of my laptop and magically saved my outlook email provider. Within minutes I started receiving all my emails that were missing and I also was able to send emails again. Sid Johnson is a technology genius and I cannot thank him enough. This only goes to 5 stars, I would give him 100 stars! I recommend him to all my friends and family if they are ever in trouble with their computers or laptops or anything technical. Sid gets the job done!!

Highly recommend BrandDesignGuru I wrote a book and had no idea what to do next. Somehow I found BrandedDesignGuru and they had answers for all my questions. I worked with Alan Richardson who was great. In a very short time we had a beautiful book cover designed, website and marketing plan. A great experience and i highly recommend Alan and the Guru team.
