I ordered a custom store from this… I ordered a custom store from this company. They strung me along and never gave me my store. Their communication was very poor. Two weeks went by. I finally got an answer when I said I wanted my money back. They did not refund my money or give me my store. I never heard from them after that. I would not recommend this company after the experience that I had. I regret dealing with this company. I'm out of $250 of my hard earned money with nothing to show for it. I will never order another custom dropshipping again. Note added in response to dropship empire's reply. This is not a baseless allegation. I have plenty of proof that this is true. I do not trust your company and will do no further dealings with you. My advice to you is to be honest. Don't try to make it look like someone is just trying to blackmail you or scam you in an attempt to protect your reputation. Dishonesty never pays. If you are not going to deliver, then refund your customer's money. And communicate with them instead of ignoring them until they take action to recover their money. You should have a customer service number too. I find it odd that you do not have a customer service number and you only use your first names.

Always wanted to venture into drop shipping business as a secondary income and possibly retirement plan. After a lot of researches, finally decided on Dropship Empire to the ease of implementation as well as manageable cost. I strongly recommend Dropship Empire if anyone wants to build an online store with excellent products.

I will not recommend this for someone new to e-commerce business. The price is very reasonable, but when the website / e-commerce store is built, they will tell you to pay $700-$2,000 to train you on how to order items, upload products, etc. and even they will not answer questions unless you sign up for the training.
