At first I couldn't get the program to see his phone, it turned out to be a cable issue not the software. It was the dreaded iphone unavailable, and this software was very detailed and worked perfectly, you guys are Saints!

iSumsoft Android Password does not work I purchased iSumsoft Android Password Refixer and it did not work. Pursued the issue with the support and nothing good was suggested; asked to try all OS options under the tool even when it is not designed to work. After 2-3 weeks i asked for refund since ut was supposed to have a 30-day warranty guarantee but the same delay tactic was deployed. There is no intention to refund. Beware of such marketing gimmick esp when the products dont really work. Bottomline, dont buy anything from iSumsoft as the organization is not genuine. It's a small amt of money that i lost but it is the principle that i have been totally disappointed and disguested with the organization.

I go the software to unlock my stepmothers phone after she passed away. I have contacted the sales and support team seeking help or a refund for over a week as the software just does not FRP unlock the device. The keep playing the delay tactics game and asking for images, so I send images. They are asking for more. I mean what else can I send? The device just does not unlock. The sales team DOES NOT RESPOND and the support team is USELESS. I am just going to contact my credit card company and get them involved as this company is nothing more than a BIG SCAM! They need to be shutdown.
