Receive samples in 2 weeks or less ? It's been 7 weeks and I have nothing. It's been 7 weeks sense I ordered my swabs. And still no results. The advertisement issued for 2 weeks of less is false advertisement and shouldn't be said.

I've not considered testing any of my… I've not considered testing any of my border collies until my 5 yr old competition dog was diagnosed in May with PRA. Though he does not have the PRA gene that is currently covered. I hope the mutated gene will be found for border collies. I also hope that there would be genetic testing for SARDs (Sudden Acquired Retinal Degeneration Syndrome. I will be testing my other pups.

Overall great experience Overall great experience with the process. The were 2 things i believe would make the experience much better. 1. Add Cocoa as part of the included tests. Both Embark and Animal Genetics include this test as part of their panels. 2. I was unable to find tracking information regarding my order. Adding this to the order info and making the information block regarding the progress of the order bigger or would really help in the ease of use.

Different genetic companies compared I have used several different canine genetic testing companies and you guys have the best deal for the price. I am constantly recommending your company to people who ask who to use on social media. As a breeder I also recommend testing to my families that get full rights to use you in our contract of agreement upon puppy pick up. Thank you

Quick delivery and results Very impressed. Quick delivery as my envelope with the swab tests arrived 2 days after I ordered online. After I sent off the tests, it was just about 1 week to get ALL my results back online. Since I did the full panel, it is nice to be able to click on each disease name/trait name to have a better understanding of it all. I am so glad I did this full panel test as now I can keep an eye on the 2 issues where they are carriers/at-risk. One of them being MDR1 - which I only recently found out about... I have been giving my dog a flea/tick/heartworm medication that has a drug in it that he should not be taking. So that stops today.
