Tops in Customer Service! On March 22, 2024, I contacted Premier Dead Sea USA in regards to an incorrect item I received in a prior order. I was assisted by Adar and she addressed my issue in an exemplary manner while being very courteous and professional throughout our conversation. Adar should be considered as a "valued employee" of Premier. It's employees like Adar that make Premier a "great company" that it is. Thank you Adar and Premier!

Excellent Products and Customer Service I bought the Prestige Pearl Spot Whitening and the pump was not working. I then emailed the customer service and they replied within one day. I supplied the order# and picture and they shipped a new product the next day. Awesome customer service and shipping! I have been using their products and it's second to none. Definitely recommend!

Don’t Purchase Products, there is no consistency in pricing My name is Sonia and I purchased some skin products from Gratiae at Sawgrass Mills mall, Sunrise, Florida on January 2 for $150 plus tax. I researched the products and discovered they can be purchased for a fraction of what I was charged. Specifically, Nordstrom Rack had a promotional limited time offer of Premier by Dead Sea Premier Refining Moisture Cream for $16.97, and Refining Facials Peeling Mask for the same price. I saw the products much cheaper on other sites as well. It’s really tragic that no one can be trusted anyone, not even a vendor in a mall. Please understand that $150 will not impact my life one way or the other. What does concern me is that your company would allow vendors at malls to deceive and defraud innocent people for gain.
