GBBuyer Beware Work was completed beyond the deadline but the work was acceptable, the problem is that they charged my company an additional $2500 over our contract and even though I was told that I would be reimbursed many times via texts, emails, and phone calls because of a glitch in their banking system, Website Profs lied to my bank about how much they received, I provided receipts to Website Profs but was just given the run-around for many months. This was funded by a state grant so this is all taxable and will be reflected. Still waiting to be refunded 7 months later. Doing business with Website Profs (Creative Company) was a mistake.

GBSCAMMER and NOW BLACKMAILER HAD THEM DO REDESIGN MY WEBSITE. PAID THEM, THEN THE CALL KEPT ON COMING FOR ME TO RENEW WHATEVER WEBSITE. I TOLD THEM I'VE PAID YOU, NOW THEY'RE CLAIMING SOMEONE IS REGISTERING MY BUSINESS NAME AND I HAVE TO RESPOND TO THEM WITHIN 24HOUR. SCAMMER AND BLACKMAILER! I'M DOING SCREEN CAPTURE AND SOON WILL BE FILING BUSINESS COMPLAINT WITH BBB.

GBWe went with the wrong company!! We went with this company because we were told it would be 484.00 total cost and then it was another charge and another charge and then another of 4800 that was taken without our permission. We have paid a total of over $6000 and are very dissatisfied. We were told back in August 2021 we would be refunded $2500 (thats the best they can do) never received refund as of yet. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone, all they do is bleed you dry. We are a small company and can not afford to lose this type of money.

GBI worked with Jay Anderson on a website… I worked with Jay Anderson on a website project and logo project. His work was incredible and the project went very smoothly. I am blown away by his and the team's work which was lead by Alan Murphy. He created the most beautiful website for us. It exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend you just call them. Don't shop around. Use the BEST!
