GBTop Notch Customer Service! I was a little nervous to order from BULQ since I've never done liquidation cases before (only sourced via thrift stores and bargain shops). My first box had a few broken items and they promptly responded and refunded me for the damaged items. I've since ordered 2 more cases! I can't tell you how many people I've raved to about BULQ -- I've made $$ from my boxes, kept a few things for myself and enjoy shopping virtually from their app. 5 stars!

GBI continually get pallets with… I continually get pallets with incorrect or missing items. The first pallet they refunded me a low, but mostly acceptable ammount. The last 2 pallets come up WAY short including a very expensive item that I depended heavily on for profit. Wholesale prices on those items EASILY come up to $1,000+ if someone with professional knowledge of these items appraised them. All i recived after complaining was $600. Another order that was "NEW" had 2 deffective iPhones in it & I haven't even filed claims on that yet. Not happy. BULQ depends on people like myself to keep them in business & they refuse to deal fairly with us. If you wish to keep me as a customer, someone needs to contact me and make this right.

GBI had some unknown person attempt to… I had some unknown person attempt to buy over $1,100 worth of merchandise from this company fraudulently using my PayPal account. I called them first thing and had refunds to my account within hours. They stopped the orders, refunded the money to me, and seemed like they cared. I last spoke with Brandon who helped with the second refund. PayPal was of no help at all, even claiming that I authorized fraudulent purchases. Needless to say I'm done with PayPal.

GBI loved buying from this company .BUT I loved buying from this company, almost $90,000.00 worth of merchandise. I had a package that said it was delivered, but was nowhere to be found. They banned me from buying anything else from their website after I tried filing a claim. Very rude and disrespectful customer service. I never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Luckily 4 months later my seasonal neighbors from Canada brought my boxes to my doorstep. They were delivered and the owner they leased from had put the packages in their garage. They didn't even try to help me. What a disappointment.

GBVery pleased with the fast shipment Very pleased with the fast shipment, unlike other companies I've dealt with. A few items labeled as new were broken and/or damaged, but Bulq quickly remedied it. Extremely satisfied with the level of customer service and will definitely purchase again. Highly recommend Bulq to others.
