GBCommunication is Key Having a company that can provide interpreters for our patients when we need them is important. Most languages are covered and available. The lack of a 5-star rating deals with administrative-paper processes: not getting a signed copy of the encounter form for patient chart & accounting (recommend a NCR form), not having encounter forms for all line items billed (on monthly invoice) and not being billed for all encounters in a timely manner (some come through 2-3 months later).

GBLike Victoria Wang who posted about… Like Victoria Wang who posted about Gateway not paying interpreters, my colleague and I have had the same experience. Not only do they not pay us, they do not answer any kind of messages. The one time we got through to someone they promised payment in one month, that date came and went and now we cannot get through to them. At the company number, no answer to voicemail and at the accounting number, message says "Do not leave a message".......No response to emails either.
