DocTranslator has been useful for me in… DocTranslator has been useful for me in many ways. Most of the times i use it for my studies and it work well and the translation is always accurate which i actually need. But the one thing i want to be improved is i am unable to copy directly while translating the document. Except that i am using it almost for 7 languages and all them are translated accurately. I thought it wont translate Romanian but it does. Helpful Translator.

Service could be better. More information on website would be good After a little discussion I'm giving them now 3 stars instead of just 1 star. There have been misunderstandings on both sites. At least they refund the money to me. But the way they respond to negative reviews can be improved. I believe there is some potential left on the table.

Be wary of their billing practices I knowingly paid to get a document translated but was unaware that I would then be charged an ongoing monthly storage fee. It may have been stated somewhere but wasn't obvious. Given their emails were going to an account I don't check often, and that they use a billing service called Paddle.net, it took me a few months to realize what was happening. I cancelled the service but they still charged me for the next two months. With the help of Paddle they have reimbursed one month but are refusing to reimburse the 2nd month. I like to give startup companies a chance, and the quality of the translation was okay, but can't recommend DocTranslator given their billing practices.

Unwanted Cloud Storage, not just a translation service Be careful! You pay 3 euro for a translation of 2 pages and if you do not read the small letters you will pay two weeks later also 17 euro for storage on a monthly basis! No refund at all!

I recently used Doctranslator to… I recently used Doctranslator to translate some important documents for my business. The process was very simple and the translation was done in no time. I was particularly impressed with the speed at which they were able to translate my scanned PDF files. Moreover, the customer service was very quick and solved all my problems efficiently. I will definitely be using Doctranslator again in the future.
