Fake website and and fake telephone … Fake website and and fake telephone number. I bought a game table from you and I haven't received it yet for seven months

Have yet to receive my order Have yet to receive my order, their website says available 24/7 for customer service yet I have been emailing 10 so far and no response. I read the replies and no it doesn’t go to my junk mail there have been no responses. When I used the number on WhatsApp as they noted the number is not recognized. The address listed is for a shared office space. Tried calling the number listed but nothing. I feel scammed!!! Never again

I ordered a gift for my wife but accidentally put a wrong address, just noticed it week ago, so they returned it, and send it again to my addres and it took 8 days. Thank you so much 🙏😊

Croopzy order #5079 I ordered on 12/11/22 and received a confirmation email same day advising 1-5 business days to process and that I’ll receive an email when my order has shipped. I did not receive such an email and NO it’s not in my junk folder. I emailed support after 15 business days for an update. No response to date. That’s just unacceptable and makes the customer suspicious as I can see from most reviews with similar experiences. If customer support bothers to read this review I’d appreciate a response to my order #5079.

Scam ! Scam ! I orderd items in June. I've also made two enquiries but not response yet. There's no response to my junk mail and it's a confirmed scam.
