100% of CPU resources used, no refund We opened a Singapore VPS and installed our software we've run at 5 other hosting services just fine. It ran a 'powershell' program over and over eating up 100% of our CPU power. Totally unusable obviously. They couldn't shut it off and we shut it off again and again to no avail. Have never had this issue with other companies. They would not give us a refund. One upside they were quite timely and friendly in their responses. Disappointing experience.

Stay away as far as possible! Without any kind of notice, closed my account and took my login credentials away while I was coding on the remote server... when I asked them what’s going on, I got a reply that I did not confirm my email... their email confirmation email ended up in my spam box.... in any case I lost all my work and they deleted my work without any notice... I can’t believe what they did...
