GBThe contact email for geekstechpro.com… The contact email for geekstechpro.com does not exist. I have tried to contact them to get e refund of my service fee. They have charged me twice for their service. I called all three of their contact numbers with no HELP. I called their so called premium number 1-866-390-0722 with no answer. The other two numbers 1800-454-0083 and 1-844-390-0722 were answered by their tech support person, the same person on both numbers. I explained my situation and was told that I would receive a call from the billing dept. and have not heard from any one. When I called and asked for the billing dept. I was told they were not open yet. This is a scam company. I was connected to them through HP Help after experiencing a simple printer connection issue. They have no active contact info. and their domain name and email ( geekstechprollc.com)does not exist. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. DONT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER BY SCREEN SHARING. ONCE THEY ARE IN YOU DONT KNOW WHAT DAMAGE THEY CAN DO.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. Do not trust them and do NOT give them any money. They hack into other websites impersonating that they are helpers on other sites and take your money. Give you nothing.

GBGeeks Tech Pro won't stop until your problem is fixed! I was connected to Geeks Tech Pro through HP help. They were fantastic. A seemingly minor problem with ink in my HP 6970 had tied up the machine for 4 days -- it wouldn't even let me scan to computer. The problem interrupted my home WIFI network as well. John and Charlie spent hours, literally, finding the source of the shutdown. I bought a network security plan (finally), and paid a relatively LOW technician fee. They called back to next day to check on things, and the day after that to ensure the printer and network were all working. I would highly recommend this company for technical support.
