Their web site assured 100% refund, but they then say there is an admin charge to be deducted first. I have been trying to return the bra since September. Today I find my emails bouncing back. Their web site no longer works. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE

Shocking experience, refund needed I ordered 2 bras. They arrived separately. Both do not fit. I e.mailed asking how to return said products. They asked me for proof of purchase and photos of both products?! They said they would send a label within 5 working days. Over a week later, still not received anything. The items need to be returned within 15 days! Truly shocking customer service. I would stay away from this company.

Disgusting service Disgusting service. Goods returned and tracking shows they received goods but constant promises of refund in 5 days then 15 days but refund never comes back on credit card. Buy at your peril. You will not get a refund.

Terrible company Terrible company. Have refused a refund on a bra as they say no refund on intimate garments! Charge £9 for a return if they do agree to it. NOTHING on their website to say you can't return a bra. I have escalated to a claim with PayPal.
