Not what it used to be We run a nonprofit and had a static website and few email accounts. There was an outage around March 14th. I wasn't notified until one of our email users told us they were not receiving new emails, by March 18th. I sent a support ticket, got a refund for the remaining period, but by this time we had already lost a lot of important emails and our reputation. A simple email with a notification of the outage may have been enough to prevent this huge damage. I cannot recommend this company anymore

Amazing service Hyper Expert has pricing not many providers can beat, while also providing powerful hardware. I've been using their VPS for several months now and all I have is good things to say about it. Their support is excellent. They also have a wide range of available distributions.
