They dont care about their customers I was not thrilled with the results of the products. Also after spending thousands of dollars on the mobile whitening system, once the sale was made I was never contacted ever again from the sales rep or any rep from the company to follow up with my satisfaction level nor about ordering more supplies ect.. I didn't feel like they cared

Fantastic company & products! I will definitely recommend the account executive Heidi Deishl from Beaming White. I have a very new spa that I run and have had an excellent experience with Heidi. I shopped around several comparable vendors and ultimately went with Heidi. She took the time to explain the difference between her products and the competitors products helping me make a more informed decision on products to supply my business. She knew that I’m small and that my order would be also small but I never felt rushed to make my decision and order. I was treated like I was spending thousands instead of hundreds. I called beaming white again today… I am changing my review. I spoke with Sally from beaming white and she went out of her way to assist me with my needs. We determine that most of my frustration came from lack of communication. I wasn't communicating fully so I wasn't aware that beaming white wasn't clear of my needs. Sally assisted me and we resolved the matter in less than 24 hours.... I am now on my way to receiving the product I want and I am very pleased with this.

First few orders went smoothly. This last time I tried to order from them, the order first was somehow stuck in transit and the shipping company needed more info from them. After being held there for a week and not being able to resolve the issue myself, I requested to have it delivered back to beaming white. After another week and half I found out the declined to have it returned. Spoke to them again and they then agreed to have it delivered back to them and either try sending again or refund me. Another week later they finally they sent the order again and forgot to supply my at home whitening kits with the LED/ tray lights. Had to wait another week to have them send the LED lights and trays and when they arrived, the mouth piece attachment was missing for all the LED lights. Very disappointed and would not order from them. I now order from Pure Image and they have fantastic products that are comparable and quick and easy shipping.
