Impossible to unsubscribe Impossible to unsubscribe. You have to contact support to unsubscribe but support are useless, they just ask you what you want and as soon as I say cancel my account they stop responding and I get a different person asking me what I want. I've spoken to 5 different support people already today and all I ask every time is "Cancel my account please"

Affordable Pricing and Awesome Support I am a freelance web developer and to stay in the market I have to make sure that website I deliver is cross browser compatible. Can't spend too much amount on this so looking for an affordable option when I was stumbled upon LambdaTest. Easy UI and browsers versions availability was lie icing on the cake. Malware Chrome Extension I downloaded their chrome extension since than my browser open their website automatically. I already uninstalled the extension and it is still happens. When I talk to their live support chat they immediately closed the chat and banned me from reconnecting again.

Impressed With Automated Browser Testing Initially we tried many tools that allow automated cross browser testing, but stuck on LambdaTest from last 2 years because it is cost effective and faster than others.

The Worst App Testing Platform I mean the worst app testing platform if you are in the Asia region. I still don't understand why our company decided to continue their contract with them but believe me, it's the worst!! Occasionally hangs in IOS, and can't even continue any sessions in Android for more than 2 mins without hanging!
