Shocking business model and poor customer services. We paid £1500 + VAT to launch with them on just eBay then £1000 + VAT per month subscription. The setup was ok, as we are familiar with inventory systems. But when it came to despatch - we were told the system couldn't do it and had use a third party system costing an additional £500 per month. Was then told launching with Amazon would be an additional cost, scraping the data is an additional cost, as is launching on any other marketplace. I feel robbed. They guaranteed a double in sales/turnover per month - instead, we saw sales plummet rapidly. We are now two months in and fighting for a full refund. Not a single order processed via them yet. Usual story of a company promising to deliver everything but failing fast. Back to Linnwork for now (our existing platform). UPDATE. A month later after several called and emails they finally authorised a full refund. So an extra star for that now.

Avoid like plagues! I would give 0 stars if I could—horrible experience with them. In the beginning, it sounded very nice and good. Sales managers were very 'sweat boy' and promised seamless integration within our linnworks software to theirs. They vowed to integrate and launch the first marketplace nearly without our interaction. Yeah right... Companies staff unqualified and noobs- don't know what they do. After six months, we tried to cancel your contract- and they wouldn't let us. Very malicious, not trustworthy people/company! In the process, we lost 25000£ plus spent thousands on legal. PLEASE take our advice and avoid them!

Pot luck - depends on your account manager Difficult to review as we have had some fantastic experiences along with some devastating. I think it depends on which account manager you are assigned. On one project, our account manager managed to delete all of our Amazon listings. Fortunately it was on a new channel but if this had been one of our long-running channels this could have ended our business there and then. However on other projects I have experienced the most fabulous service from knowledgeable and attentive staff who seem to really care. Channel Advisor has also allowed us to enter new markets with ease and at low start up cost. We have only been signed up for 6 months but so far - there's been ups and downs.

Way Overpriced with Terrible customer support… There are now many other options to replace CA that are WAY more cost effective and... Get this... You can actually call a customer support person to get a question answered. CA ticket/email support system is a joke. It takes up to 3 days sometimes to get a simple question answered. And then most of the time they just give you a link to their very poorly developed "how to" articles. This is what you get for paying over $50,000 a year for??? No thanks. We found a very comparable alternative and have been happy. Time to let the Dinosaur that is ChannelAdvisor go extinct.

Complete failure Have been with ChannelAdvisor for years and then all of a sudden they failed to launch my business on eBay and it took them nearly 10 months instead of the 4 weeks as promised. The managing director even told me this was an estimate of 4 weeks. Turned out to be 40 weeks. However they still charged me while I waited for them to get their acts together costing me £10,000's they now want to forget about it. Channel advisor is only worried about its own success. They are not interested in your businesses success one bit. Look at all the 1 star reviews and get the idea that you will end up with a flimsy contract and pay well over the odds for the poor service you will receive. You would do very well to read all the other 1 star reviews before putting your trust in a company that cannot deliver what you pay for. Legal action is now my only option to get my money back after they have damaged my business and charged me for the honour. Move along people there is nothing to see here! Find a business that can do what you need for 1/4 of the cost this lot charge. I have found an alternative that brings the confidence you need without the talk and no show channel advisor offer. AVOID at all cost!
