GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. They continue to send me the 'same' wrong HP Monitor, so this appears to be intentional. Their customer service is terrible and has not addressed the issue. As a result, I have to go through the hassle of returning the monitor and ordering a new monitor. I will not be using Aventis Systems again.

VEAventis systems offers a failed configurations in servers Aventis systems have many solutions in servers incompatibles in memory type and CPU models. I buy a promotions offered for aventis. Buy one and get one (bogo). In this promotions they offered the processor intel xeon L5520 with memory 1333MHz. The servers has been received but memory is 8500R (1066MHz) and never I was never notified of the change. When I complain that I did not get what I asked for on my bill they indicate that they are incompatible (since they promoted and armed the solution). they asked me to solve the problem I must buy another CPU. They have not sent me the memory I bought yet.

GBPoor customer service I reached out with a concern when I submitted my order and had to follow up twice before getting a terse response from Chad. He suggested the lack of response and lack of pricing clarity was my fault. When I called and emailed about Chad's poor customer service, someone started a ticket for a manager to help me—still no response after following up twice. I love to support small businesses but Aventis' customer service has been lacking in every regard.

GBStay far away from them Customer Service and Manger need to be fired! Do not bother ordering from them because nothing is their fault if something goes wrong, or I don't know forget to ship an item! Just read the reviews online about the company it says it all. Personal attacks? If your customer service team can lie to me and can't handle me calling them out on it, then they need to find another job not dealing with the public. YOUR COMPANY messed up and couldn't even own up to it. No stars would be a better option if I could choose it.
