Product Not New Not New The items I purchased were not new - which explains the great price. I know this because new products I've purchased from the manufacturer are wrapped in plastic. I'm taking two stars because the website doesn't state that some products could be returns, seconds, etc. That stated, the containers are full and contents appear to be legitimate, so I'll keep them; however, I won't purchase again from this company. Fast and free shipping!

I had high hopes... I had high hopes for this shopping website I recently discovered. I ordered Image face spf cream but unfortunately the expiration was only 4 months, not long enough to use the product. Sad to say that in this circumstance they wouldn't pay for a prepaid shipping label unless I opted for store credit instead of a refund. The cost for me to pay for return shipping would have been half the amount of my entire order. Lesson learned. Just wish I knew this before doing business with them. Side note, It seems to be my experience that anytime I order off a Facebook ad I am always disappointed.
