Total Scam Total Scam. Ordered early September 3 cat brushes. Haven’t received order. Contacted customer service and they say wait a week then another wait a week. Asked for a refund by the end of last week and they said we can give you 20% back. Then wait for the courier to deliver then refuse the package so it gets sent back to them then we will give you a refund. Invalid tracking number. Emailed customer service yesterday and yet again haven’t received a response.

Will I get it? No one knows! I ordered 3 advent puzzle calendars advertised on Facebook on 11/2. 2 emails sent with no response. Finally, I get a shipping updated email on 11/17, good news right? No! It’s now 11/23 and it still just says shipping information received. I’ve confirmed it’s coming from China. The odds of it actually being received by the start of advent or hell any time in early December are slim to none. I sent another email to “customer service” that I’m quite sure I’ll never get a response to. So mad!

Be warned Be warned, this company is dodgey. Their web page failed to state prices are US Currency. immediately took money from my Pay Pal and ignored all attempts to contact them. As soon as Pay Pal contacted them they shipped my order despite me cancelling it 24 hours after placing it. Their clothing is badly made and badly sized. Pay Pal have escalated my claim to get my money refunded and a paid label sent to me so I can return their crap.

Don’t fall for this poor quality Chinese company with a US re-shipper. Hello, I ordered the 1008 piece 24 days of Advent Calendar puzzle in November. It was supposed to be here before December 1st but instead It just arrived and it is now 12 days until Christmas so it was 12 days later than it should have been. The numbered puzzle pieces were randomly packed inside each days numbered box so that ALL 24 boxes have to be opened up to be able to build the puzzle. I contacted Awishday by email and their website but absolutely no response back. The website says “100% money back guarantee” and “24/7 customer service” but no phone number or ability to web chat with them.

The material is a lot cheaper quality… The material is a lot cheaper quality than it seems in the photos. The trees on the top are that cheap quality that looks like it was printed on a printer from home. The red is a little more orangey than I was expecting. It’s a Christmas shirt so I wasn’t expecting designer, but it’s so much cheaper looking than I expected.
