I had an ordinary experience with… I had an ordinary experience with fraicheur.com. Almost gd, but there were a few minor things that could have been better. Customer service was quite okay, but their response wasn't always quick. They could have been more helpful in answering questions. I also found navigation and the ordering proccess a bit confusing. All in all not had or bad, just avarage. It could have been a bit easier to use and figure out.

I had such a great experience, sometimes shopping online is so risky, but they really did an amazing job so I could relax and just enjoy the waiting. So far the best online shop I’ve tried.

Positive experience I have bought Ice globes and it accidentally added other items that I didn't order. I was worried as it was a lot of money to spend and not get back. A lovely customer service member phoned me and reassure me that I will get a refund for the products although they can't return the extra products I may keep them. Thank you I didn't expect that. Can't wait to try my new products!

Delightful product The well packaged, and presented product, the lovely colour options, very convenient to use, no charging involved, easy to use. Really enjoying this product on my sensitive skin. Would make a lovely gift to anyone, that enjoys, or is thinking of getting into cryotherapy, in a simple way.

I recently had an average experience… I recently had an average experience when using fraicheur com. I can say on the whole that they are almsot good, however, they could have done better. I browsed through their products, but I was a bit disappointed by the lack of variety. I would suggest that they expan their range of offerings to make the custtomer experiance better.
