Fantastic customer service for a… Fantastic customer service for a wonderful product. Lauren in customer service is amazing. The pillowcase is way better than anything that’s out there. I have tried satin pillowcases but there is nothing like silk. Luxurious and soft, so good for your skin and they stand behind their products.

I adore this company and all of its… I adore this company and all of its products. I have about a million of the Slip silk thin scrunchies and I have absolutely LOVED them! I have this anxiety disorder that causes me to pull out my hair without even realizing. I have to wear my hair up often so that I won’t mess with it and as a result I was having so much trouble with breakage. I purchased the scrunchies and the Slip silk cap to wear and they have made all the difference in the world. My hair is so much healthier and I really can’t thank Slip enough for their wonderful products! The products are well made and absolutely worth every penny. Slip’s customer service is also phenomenal (Lauren especially) They respond so quickly to emails and have gone above and beyond answering my questions about products!

Amazing customer service and products I’ve ordered from Slip multiple times, always loved the products and have converted many friends- usually wait for a sale to indulge myself! My most recent order arrived with damaged packaging which obviously happened during delivery but I reached out to customer service to let them know about the courier, the response was amazing- I didn’t realise companies with great customer service actually existed anymore! A really friendly exchange, refunded some money off my order and offered a complimentary replacement of my choice. Can’t recommend enough!! Great quality products, quick delivery times and wonderful people working there :) thanks!

I’ll never sleep on anything else again You know those wrinkles on your face in the morning that take hours to smooth out after waking? Gone. They stopped being a thing after I started using the pillowcase & eye mask. And the Slip eye masks actually block out light, as opposed to other silk brands that are practically see-through. My skin’s texture is smoother, and obviously, hair no longer tangles or frizzes. In disbelief really. The clincher, though, is the quality of the silk itself, and the fact that the pillowcase has a zip; I’ve tried other silk pillowcases, and they just don’t even come close to measuring up to Slip brand. I’ll never sleep on anything else again.

I recently came across slip.com and… I recently came across slip.com and decided to give it a try. My overriding impression is that it's almoast good - the website is clear and the navigation is convinient. Theres a great range of products, but not a enormous amount of compared to other companys. Prices seemed competative overall, but not always - some iteams were more expensive there than elsewhere. Customer Service seemed helpful enough thugh i did have to wait for a few days to get a responce. In terms of delievry, I'd say it was satisfactory. All in all, it's a prety good service but nothing outstanding. I guess thats all for now - thnx!
