Amazing customer service and products I’ve ordered from Slip multiple times, always loved the products and have converted many friends- usually wait for a sale to indulge myself! My most recent order arrived with damaged packaging which obviously happened during delivery but I reached out to customer service to let them know about the courier, the response was amazing- I didn’t realise companies with great customer service actually existed anymore! A really friendly exchange, refunded some money off my order and offered a complimentary replacement of my choice. Can’t recommend enough!! Great quality products, quick delivery times and wonderful people working there :) thanks!

I recently came across slip.com and… I recently came across slip.com and decided to give it a try. My overriding impression is that it's almoast good - the website is clear and the navigation is convinient. Theres a great range of products, but not a enormous amount of compared to other companys. Prices seemed competative overall, but not always - some iteams were more expensive there than elsewhere. Customer Service seemed helpful enough thugh i did have to wait for a few days to get a responce. In terms of delievry, I'd say it was satisfactory. All in all, it's a prety good service but nothing outstanding. I guess thats all for now - thnx!

Slip is Amazing! Slip is a fantastic company with fabulous customer service which I really appreciate! The products are beautiful and luxurious. I have the hair scrunchies and the pillowcase so I feel like royalty come bedtime - what an absolute treat! Thank you Slip!

Expensive but Good I have ordered their mixed scrunchie set (2 large and 5 skinny) to try out. The scrunchie are great. They don't pull or damage hair and stay in place. I hardly even feel these scrunchies when I have them on and when I take them off they don't yank out any hairs. Really great so far, but I'll see how long they last. Also, my order arrived fairly quickly and with no issues. I may order a pair of silk pillowcases as well in the future.
