GBI visited the botaniesoap.com website… I visited the botaniesoap.com website and found it to be quite so-so. The products seemed quite okay and not very impressive. The overall experience was just okay, nothing too special, nothing very exceptional. The design of the website was quite regular and nothing to write home about. They didn't stand out much in terms of user experience, it was just like any other similar website out there. The customer service was average, not too good, not too bad. Overall, it was just a run-of-the-mill experience, nothing remarkable, nothing extraordinary. I guess I wouldn't say it was terrible, but it was just kind of okay.
