Not received item but got email from DPD saying delivered Not received my item but your courier says item delivered, emailed fragrance x but no reply!!! Order no 63759670

Got my Order Got my Order, well appreciate it thank you.

I order couple of parfumes in December… I order couple of parfumes in December and unfortunately one was broken (the plastic cup) I send it back and since January never received the refund.I contacted the company couple of times through email and always i have been lied.they told me we still wait the return to arrive to our depo” but i have confirmation that return arrive in 15 January.they don’t want to refund me…never buy from this company again

I bought form fragrance x a couple… I bought form fragrance x a couple months ago and spent around $250. I had accidentally given the wrong email in my order and could not verify my order. It ended up getting cancelled so I asked for a refund and was told I would get one in about a weeks time. It’s been a month and I haven’t received a refund. Will not be buying from them again.

Disappointed with FragranceX I'm so disappointed with FragranceX. I've paid so much for a perfume and it hasn't been delivered. This company doesn't update you as to where your parcel is. It's been 19 days and no delivery. All they tell me each time is that they are corresponding with the courier and will get back to me. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH FRAGRANCEX. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY
