I love Iman cosmetics I love Iman cosmetics. I work at sephora and people always compliment my skin and foundation. When they ask what I am wearing I always tell Iman. So many makeup brands are starting to include women of color in their lines but they are not formulating colors that are flattering. I have used Iman for years because it looks amazing. I just tried the liquid illuminator and I was surprised at how much I really like it. It gave me a nice glow. Plus, I am addicted to the lip glosses.

Disappointed When my order arrived the powder foundation was cracked and powder was coming out of the packing. I ordered a lip pencil That would not glide on my lips. Then My second lip pencil was not included instead I received a bottle of some sort of liquid that was for industrial use but on the outside of the package the label had the name and color of the lip pencil. This was a 50% off deal with no shipping fees however, I ended up paying $10.00 to ship the items back. Two weeks later the package came back to me with the message “mailbox full” stamped on the envelope.

Their website is very easy to naviage, and the custmer service team were helpfull and friendly. The product selction is huge but some of the promotional offers feels a bit tricky. The cheap pricings absolutly mades it worth it.

Their products are good Their products are good. I only gave 3 stars because their customer service is terrible. I had an issue when purchasing their products online (a technical website error). I sent them a screen shot of the error message I was receiving. Instead of them to look into it, they keep sending me a generic and unhelpful email stating my items where in the basket!

Services/shipping is quick but the… Services/shipping is quick but the shipment packaging needs work. I've had several instances where my purchased products were damaged to beyond use when delivered. Products should be packaged and wrapped for protection not simply placed in a bubble lined envelope.
