BUYERS BEWARE!!! 🤬 BUYERS BEWARE! Verishop refused to refund for the order I returned! Initially insisted on keeping it. Later, after return, customer service blocked my number and stopped responding to emails! All of this just because I decided to return 2 TV, and that was not convenient for Verishop. Customer service is terrible! Not honoring their own return policy! Order was placed for Natalya Melnyk. Order#428113. BEWARE! 🤬🤬

Perfect Dress, Wonderful Help, and Super Packaging I ordered my mother-of-the-bride dress from Verishop. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my dress. Also, the packaging of the dress was incredible! The box was taped up so well, including messages on the shipping tape that stated not to accept the package if the tape was broken! Inside of the box, the dress was securely inside of an enclosed plastic bag and on a hanger. Verishop had a great selection of dresses, too! I received wonderful help from the online chat. I was very unsure of the size to order. I looked at the size guide/chart, but truly had never ordered anything in the size that was suggested. After chatting with the Verishop helper, I took their advice and ordered a dress - and it fit perfectly! I am sure that I will use Verishop again!!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Hid their no return policy for sale items and pushed hard to sell certain items on a mobile website. Customer service dragged their feel for 2 weeks and didn't offer any resolution except "sorry". I even offered to pay my own return shipping. Triple check their terms as it's a sneaky brand I certainly will not recommend them to others.

Verishop, the coolest new place to shop Verishop was an amazing place for me to discover new brands in all categories, from the coolest silky maxi skirt, to my new favorite sunscreen to a handmade leather belt for my hubby! I'm so glad I found this site and shop it weekly to discover new brands. Now I look stylish but don't look like everyone else! Love it, keep doing what you're doing Verishop.

I give Verishop NEGATIVE stars I give Verishop NEGATIVE stars - they are TERRIBLE and should be called Verish#tty. After having no information about when my item was going to arrive, then triple confirming (email, phone, text) that a $400 dress would arrive in plenty of time for the event I am attending, I got a cancellation email - 4 hours after an email that said it was on its way. No explanation. Nothing. I called to let them know what a lurch they left me in, because I have no time to find something else 2 days before the event, and they just said... "oh, well it must be an inventory issue on the brand's end." DON'T BE FOOLED. They are terrible.
