BUYERS BEWARE!!! 🤬 BUYERS BEWARE! Verishop refused to refund for the order I returned! Initially insisted on keeping it. Later, after return, customer service blocked my number and stopped responding to emails! All of this just because I decided to return 2 TV, and that was not convenient for Verishop. Absolutely outstanding customer… Absolutely outstanding customer service! Shalini L. was most helpful! They answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer of a particular sofa I was inquiring about to find out more information for me. They were always very quick to respond, extremely professional and most kind! It’s really great to see 5 star customer service like this, especially in this day and age when it seems so rare! I received an item that wasn't the same… I received an item that wasn't the same as advertised. Please check your items thoroughly, take pictures of the item you ordered (to compare with what you get) keep your tags, any wrapping and box it came in. Although customer service was quick with resolution, their items are not inexpensive and the consumer should get what they ordered, it’s an inconvenience. I will not order here again.

Thank you VeriShop! I can’t say enough good things about Verishop! I was able to purchase a designer dress I could only find at Saks (higher priced) at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly in a secured box. The dress fit perfectly so no need to return but it was comforting to know a return was easy and available if needed. I’ve been sharing Verishop with all my friends!

The returns are so easy and the one time I had an issue with an order the customer service team did a fantastic job at fixing it, Always been extremely please with the shopping experience.
