Amazing customer service Amazing customer service, and lovely products! They cancelled an order I placed and I could not repurchase due to unforseen expenses. They said they would send me a free gift but come to find out they sent me my entire order free and then some!! I was extremely surprised and overjoyed with this blessing! I will definitely be purchasing items in the future because of this!

Pumpkin & Spice was such a delightful… Pumpkin & Spice was such a delightful find! I love the variety of skincare products that they offer, especially the Jelly Cleanser! It's very gentle on the skin and has such a fragrant pumpkin spice smell that reminds me of autumn, perfect for the season! Shipping and handling was all very quick as well! Truly a great experience!

Gentle for sensitive skin. I wasn’t sure how I was going to like these products as their fragranced.. but they are so gentle and my skin absolutely loves them! The fragrance isn’t as prominent as you’d think. It’s actually very subtle. The face lotions are my favorite! I will be a continuing customer for sure.

Highly Disappointed, don't bother I emailed and called multiple times about my order and recently no response. I never received my order and they charged me multiple times for $99 for a subscription I never signed up for. I very much do not recommend.

Scam of a company, keeps charging my card First off, back in September they were doing a promotion so I ordered some stuff from their company, I did a reoccurring subscription and added a discount code. I did two separate orders and emailed support if they can just combine my orders. That lead them to realize their mistake with giving a discount on the subscription price and an additional discount from the code. Without any explanation they just cancelled my order. First time I’ve seen a company punish its customer for their own error. Fast forward to December 2020, for some reason my cancelled subscription was charged AGAIN months later! I emailed them to refund me. They didn’t even respond but sent a fake refund email. I waited almost two weeks and noticed the $184 has still not been refunded. Emailed them, no response. I had to open a case with my credit card company and got my money back. Bottom line: Not sure how good their skin care is, but be careful when you enter your credit card information on their website, they’ll keep charging you without a product, shady company.
