Order never shipped, no response from SkinRx Placed an order 3 weeks ago for the toner which was and is in stock. It has not shipped and I have not received the product. I’ve emailed them many times asking for an update and now I am asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. I’ve received zero response from them.

Happy with the quality of products, speediness of shipping and sales! I've been enjoying the SkinRxLab MadeCera line for nearly a year now, but I have always purchased from third-party sellers online. When I visited the site and saw the holiday deals going on, I stocked up. So far, I've only used the MadeCera cream. It really moisturizes my skin and leaves it feeling comfortable. The barrier repairing qualities are great. I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin texture and health since I have been using it (though on and off, I am trying to commit to it now since I got some on sale!). I also received samples of the moisture ampoule, which I was eyeing anyway. I am excited to try it.
