GBLeave a bad review and they will respond to you immediately - Customer Service Unresponsive UPDATE: I initially received a generic email response that didn't answer my questions. I then received an email asking me to update my review of The Perfume Shop USA. Since that email; I have received several emails asking me to update your review. So this is my update; I received poor customer service from beginning to end. I did however receive several emails asking me to update this to make them look better. At this point; I will not purchase from them again and I definitely don't believe their current ratings. I now see that they work harder to get bad ratings changed to good ratings than actually giving authentic responses to customer questions/concerns. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had an issue with one of the products that I ordered. I sent an email and I still haven't received a reply.

GBAbsolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. I ordered some perfume for my partner for valentines. I ordered it on Sunday 02/11 and paid for express (2-3 days) shipping, hoping it would arrive on time for 02/14 (or worst case scenario, a day late). After waiting for over a week, I decided to contact them. Some half asleep/hungover unenthusiatic teenager (by the sounds of it) on the phone who I could barely understand asked me for my order number, twice, then -after several minutes- just said "oh.. yeah.. I can see the order" (I'm not kidding!). I asked her where my order is and she said "you will get an email with tracking".. well, DUH!? I know this.. I'm expecting this.. but where is it? Another few days later and I decided to call again (same nonsense). I finally got a shipping confirmation a few more days later. In all, it took nearly 3 WEEKS in total for my order to arrive and I wasn't even offered a refund for the postage (which should've been free, since I spent over $100). Shocking customer service and terrible experience. Will NEVER use them again and strongly advise you don't.
