CHWorst ever, order with anyone else I ordered a product way in advance as the arrival date of it was crucial. It took this company for no apparent reason(of course they love to blame on covid...) 13 days!!!!!just to actually go to the post and send my package. It’s nowhere to be seen yet and of course will not even arrive on time. Literally the worst ever experience, really just use someone else and save yourself the trouble.

MXLong waits to recieve your product. In my experience, Oz cosmetics is terrible. They have several domains like .mx to make you think its a mexican page or .us to make you think it is an American one and the reality is that their products are shipped via Singapore and Hong Kong through their local post service which is terrible. I bought an eye cream in January the 10th. Today it's march 1st and still no news from my product and they just keep answering that their shipments are late because of covid. Yes, I understand a week late. Maybe two. But we are talking about months. They are a damn joke. .......................................... I received a mail from oz cosmetics asking me to delete or modify my review. I will modify it only to clarify that I did receive my product 2 days ago... That's two months after my purchase. It was in good conditions, and well packed, but I am still upset about the long delay. They should use more efficient mail carriers like ups or fedex to avoid this problems.

AUThis website is excellent This website is excellent. I have used it for about 5 years and have never had any problems. The products I order are not stocked in department stores like Myer - discontinued line - so this option was suggested. One of my better decisions.

CHDon't order from this company Don't order from this company. I ordered a retinol 4 weeks ago, and it has yet to arrive. It took weeks, just to leave the post office in the country it was sent from, and has been sitting in customs in my country for a week now. Still no delivery. Customer service with this company is mediocre to poor, and there is no contact telephone number to speak with a live customer service representative.
