We were to meet the inspector at 1:00… We were to meet the inspector at 1:00 on the day of the inspection. We were happy with his friendly, knowledge and patience with any and all of our questions. If there was a question he couldn’t help with, he was honest in telling us - a lost quality in this day and age! He was very thorough and respectful. Since it had been over 30 years since we moved, nick made our transition easier.

His written report was thorough and included photos of every element he inspected. He also spent time with us, going over his findings and recommendations, and even texted us later to see if we had any additional questions. Best of all he offered advice, opinions, and solutions.
