Fast, but had a color issue. Ordering process was great, pricing was good, and production time was awesome. However, I ordered light/medium gray pens and they turned out to be more like medium brownish. The black print had very little contrast despite looking normal when I ordered them. I'll probably still order again, but I'll be more careful about coloration.

First time customer I'm a first time customer who had to order pens for our church. The price was right and the order process easy, but best of all was the shipping. They definitely live up to the name Fastpens.

Great option for individual customization It took me way too long to find a company that didn’t have a 200+ pen requirement for custom orders. I was so excited when I found out I could order just one of anything! I wanted 5 individual pens but each with a different saying for a friends birthday. They also shipped and arrived quickly-about a week from order date. The quality of the pen itself is good, I’m picky about the types of pens I use and these are up there in my opinion. The custom wording is perfect-the letters are smooth and clear cut, nice size and spacing. I’m super impressed with every bit of my order!

Fast Fast, easy, no minimum, and great quality!

They rectified the first issue we had… They rectified the first issue we had promptly which is good. However the quality of the pens is pretty poor, the ball of the pen barely purtrudes the nose cone so unless you're holding the pen completely vertical, the nose cone scratches the paper making it a very rough write and making the text thin and almost opaque.
