Great Customer Service!!!! We have been getting our checks from Extra Value Checks for a few years now and never had an issue. Recently, we had an issue with a check order that was ultimately returned back to Extra Value Checks as the post office said it was undeliverable. We have used the same PO Box address for years with no issues. Contacted customer service and the representative immediately put in a rush order for a new batch of checks to be sent overnight by UPS to a different address (as we were down to our last few checks). This was all done without any extra cost to us and the company delivered on their promise. We received our checks within 48 hours. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Need to replace original design Had to call customer service to redesign the custom picture I downloaded. It was too large and darker than I expected. Unable to electronic deposit- too many graphics and unable to read written amount. The gal that assisted me was great! She adjusted to exactly what I needed. And my replacement checks have no more issues with the bank !!
