GBThis has truly been a nightmare This has truly been a nightmare! I have been trying to cancel a printer since August of 2023. I am still being billed up until today for the same printer. I have made numerous of calls and chats but nothing has been resolved. The customer service reps are incompetent. I will not try to reach out to the office of the president! This is beyond horrible!

GBI like the convenience of getting my… I like the convenience of getting my ink delivered instead of having to go to a store to buy it. Also, I always have extra ink cartridges because my printer "knows" when I need more.

GBI like that I do not need to buy ink I like that I do not need to buy ink as often. I also like that HP made it reasonably affordable.

GBDelivery of cartridge is so SLOW and I'm still waiting Placed a subscription and told have to wait 6 to 10 business days!!!! Oh come on, nowadays any company can deliver within 3-5 business days in the UK using Royal Mail and most can do next day delivery. Obviously there is so much bureaucracy and inefficiency in the system to cause such delay. This speed is totally unacceptable in modern world.

GBReceived HP Black Ink replacement I am happy with HP Print support, Ink and Paper program. However, I am not happy with my HP LaserJet printer overall, in fact, I will never purchase another HP printer in the future.
