Very happy with this chair Very happy with this chair. Supportive and easy to adjust once you get used to how it works. Would be useful to have a basic manual on how to adjust each part as I couldn’t figure out how to heighten the back but I did find info online. I will be purchasing another for my husband as we both do a lot of computer work at home.

Chair is great - looks fabulous in the office and the wide selection of leather colours makes it so easy. The saving of approximately £1200 makes it even better. Amazing price for the Herman Miller… Amazing price for the Herman Miller chair I ordered. Around £1200 value as it was a fully specced one, but I paid £349 refurbished. You wouldn't know it wasn't new other than one spot on one leg where someone rested their foot on it. Stunning chair, super comfy and great customer service.

Great customer service and delivery I had questions about delivery and through Chat they were extremely helpful and arranged a date for my delivery. It was quick and I had my chair in the date agreed. Chair feels like new and has no cosmetic signs of being refurbished, plus it's great quality. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.
