Superb! Happy customer Superb! Placed an order on Sunday night and the chair was delivered on Tuesday morning! I was in doubt as you know those chairs are not cheap although they are in bargain price. The quality surprised me! I could see the built day under the chair was 2015 (so almost 10years) but it came assembled and LIKE NEW! Only saw some dust and hairs got stuck inside the castors but thats fine, acceptable as we know its not new anyway. Still in the process of testing the chair, not sure if I like it but I would definitely consider CorporateSpec in the future whenever I need another nice chair. Update: After few days I decided to pay more and exchange for another chair just because the one did fit well, they offered to collect at £60 upon delivering the new chair or I could choose to arrange my own delivery to them. I was willing to pay, again, the whole process was easy and quick! Paid on Friday and received another on Wed, they were also super responsive to answer my questions while I was unsure how to adjust the chair, provided a video immediately to demonstrate. very good quality of the product like new! And happy experience overall.

Very happy with refurbished chair - a good experience I booked an appointment to view some chair options at their warehouse and was left to my own devices which I appreciated - no sales pitch, I was just told to ask if I needed help. I tried a few and confirmed that I wanted an Orangebox Do. I raised an order online afterward and the chair arrived within a couple of weeks as expected, with delivery clearly communicated. I was very happy with the condition of the chair I received - you'd be hard-pressed to tell it wasn't new. A very positive experience throughout.

Really good quality refurbished chair looks and feels brand new. Quick Delivery, item came assembled and looked brand new, extremely comfortable and you couldn't tell it was refurbished. Delivery driver was very helpful and friendly told us if it wasn't satisfactory just let them know and we can return it. Will be ordering from them again.

Honest, Reliable with Great Savings! The website is easy to use and view great savings on refurbished chairs! I contacted Corporate Spec via email to query the price of a chair and ask if there were other recommendations they could provide for a home office. I received an email from Kimberly who was polite and provided alternative chairs. I placed an order for a Steelcase Think V2. When the chair arrived the delivery driver waited whilst I checked the chair. Upon unwrapping the chair it looked and felt like a brand new chair, so there refurbishment is of high standard. I cannot fault the service, product, price or communication from Corporate Spec and definitely recommend them.
