Extremely Thorough We are very pleased with the very thorough inspection report. Will caught a major code violation with regard to the hot water tank and it was a potential hazard. With recommended repairs, the sellers agreed to pay for the cost which ended up saving us $750 and peace of mind that it will now be safe.
