GBI am more than pleased with Elite and the service I put a claim in for my washer on a Wednesday. Thursday someone was at my home to look at it, which it was not repairable. A couple of hours later a Elite rep was calling about my claim and offering me a payment in lieu of repair/replacement. I received an email Tuesday the payment amount I agreed to was deposited into my account.

GBEasy to sign up! The policy seems like a great one and signing up for a longer term plan was easy. My agent, Jonathan, was helpful and clear about the coverages and answered all my questions fully. As a new solo homeowner, it definitely makes me feel more at ease to have a comprehensive home warranty! Can't comment on the claims process, of course but reading other reviews, looks like it's pretty straightforward.
