Nice badges, but shipping and customer service is awful! I ordered these badges 8 days before I was leaving for a show. The poorly packed recycled envelope arrived torn open with nothing in it. I immediately called and the nice person on the phone offer a replacement order that was to be shipped to my California trade show (I’m PA based). After checking on the order, I was told the order was mis shipped to my address in Pennsylvania. When I got home, I had a set of badges for everyone that helped me at the show
