Overrated chair Overrated chair. I had heard that this was considered an amazing, ergonomic yet comfortable chair for the price but it really just feels like a knockoff of the real thing and is overpriced for what you get. I’d recommend spending a little more for a more reputable brand.

I did not get what I ordered I did not get what I ordered. I wanted, ordered and paid for a chair with leg rest. I got a plain chair. After complaining, I got a partial refund, but it’s an ordinary chair I could have bought for less (after the refund) at Target. I do appreciate the partial refund, it was prompt and pleasant. But I’m not in love with the chair.

Fantastic chair at an unbelievable… Fantastic chair at an unbelievable price! After almost a year of working from home, I wanted an ergonomic mesh chair, with arms and head support. This chair checks all the boxes! And at $180 the price can't be beat.

I bought three different color… I bought three different color Ergochairs and everything has been great. The only exception is my pink pillow that vibrates does not work anymore. Otherwise your company is really on the ball. my son and roommate love them.

Where's my chair? EDIT: I experienced shipping issues with Ergochair but their customer service has helped explain the issue & they say they will try sending a different one. Still only giving 4 stars because I can't review the product & the experience has been somewhat frustrating (but understandable).
