Eye reaction - it I had a horrid reaction to the eyelash serum. It made my eyes very red and irritated for almost one week. I only used the product once and I took a week before my eyes recovered. It was quite frightening as I don’t suffer from allergies nor am I sensitive to beauty products but this did give me very irritated eyes.

Didn’t ship express shipping order for over a week Terrible experience. Placed an order on February 26th and paid for express shipping. It is March 4th and they have yet to ship the order or respond to my inquiry. This was supposed to be a timely gift and I’m out almost 100$ with no gift and no one from customer service who cares to respond.

Terrible experience A similar situation. Terrible experience. My order was canceled because the item I ordered was out of stock (it wasn't available at the time I placed the order). I was notified by SMS and it's still 23 days since I received my refund. No more response to my messages and emails. No more cooperation with this company. This is not an order, but a donation of funds to their accounts.

Excellent product with great results. This product, eyelash growth serum, works as described. I have long lashes, longer than in my youth and no eye irritation at all. I get lots of compliments and have passed on your info to friends who have asked for it. Price is fair and the amount of product per tube seems appropriate. I order from you directly as once I got on Amazon and tube was dry. Not sure if the "middleman" did that.

Spent money on 3 other lash serums that… Spent money on 3 other lash serums that did not work. Had to go back through my order history to find the serum I loved before it was no longer sold at Walmart where I first ordered it. It doesn’t sting when I put on lash line and it actually works. Can already tell after a week of using my lashes are longer.
