GBI asked a question about using the… I asked a question about using the device before making a decision to purchase one. 5 days have gone by with no response from customer service, but I AM getting spam/advertisements for their company. I went back onto their webpage and my question is still sitting in their chat window. I wanted to like this company, but given the extreme lack of reviews online and now their complete lack of response the first time I reached out, I think I will gamble my money elsewhere.

GBI am only using this facial device for… I am only using this facial device for less than 2 weeks so I cannot attest that it is a wonderful skincare tool however I really enjoyed the warm sensations on my face along with using my own preferred skincare rather than committed to a new product.
