I'm still loving my Olura products and… I'm still loving my Olura products and device! I've been using them now for 6mo. and still seeing improvements of firming, less redness and smooth skin. Customer service is helpful and timely! I've shred the good news with all my friends!

I asked a question about using the… I asked a question about using the device before making a decision to purchase one. 5 days have gone by with no response from customer service, but I AM getting spam/advertisements for their company. I went back onto their webpage and my question is still sitting in their chat window. I wanted to like this company, but given the extreme lack of reviews online and now their complete lack of response the first time I reached out, I think I will gamble my money elsewhere.

Service was great! Service was great. I bought just the device during a sale but they sent me the whole kit! Can't wait to start using all the products together!
