I ordered an item by mistake and… I ordered an item by mistake and immediately, I attempted unsuccessfully to cancel due to technology and the weekend. I'll spare you the explanation. But, I have nothing but praise for the support staff.

Not worth the effort Package arrived on time but the way it was packaged was terrible. No support on corners or bubble wrap to protect. Frame broken all around. Spoke with customer service and explained how package should be protected. They sent us another one and this one had less protection than the first. Frame shattered. Received refund. Grandson Xmas gift ruined. These people just don't get it!

Still haven't received I ordered this on 12/12th and still don't have it as of 12/21st. Only tracking info provided shows shipped on 12/16 but no expected date of delivery. Concerning to receive a request to provide a review on 12/21st before the product is delivered or delivery information is available and frustrating as a Christmas gift not to have this with 4 days left until Christmas! 2 stars were given instead of 1 because hopefully when it finally comes the quality of the product was worth the wait!

Order arrived broken Order arrived broken. I cannot hang this due to frame being broken. I would’ve been better off printing and framing myself. Waste of almost $60

Nice posters, but overpriced. The posters are made of good quality materials, and the shipping was quick. Downsides: I wish ShopTrends would offer 24x36" and 27x40" poster sizes as well as the 22.375x34" ones. Also, it's hard to swallow paying $27.99 for these posters, when I see the same ShopTrends brand posters for sale in Walmart for $7.99.
