Junk Junk! Stopped working on day 32. I Submitted a claim and have not heard back over 17 days. Do not buy. Edited: Do not trust this company. They do not honor their warranty. I submitted photo as requested on 10/25. They are dishonest.

PROCESSING TIME; failed, in stock items, failed - fixing the issues - failed Processing time: failed In stock: failed Fixing the issues: failed PROCESSING TIME All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. and IS incorrect I ordered on the 16th, it's now the 23rd and it still hasn't shipped.. and I got an email saying one of my things I ordered was out of stock, when I ordered it, there was 12 in stock, now they'll say it's out of stock, but when you go look at their website it will show they're in stock First time ordering, not happy at all.

I’ve bought two of their vapes this… I’ve bought two of their vapes this year and neither one lasted past a month. I didn’t drop or break them, they simply…stopped working. There is nothing they can do, I’ve lost all faith in the product.

Its been 2 weeks now I have been… Its been 2 weeks now I have been contacting their customer service. I received a broken banger for my new piece & after submitting directly to their email support via my email & not hearing back after 5 days I contacted them on their site feedback option. Got a response from them in the same thread I sent the original complaint in. They asked me for pictures, which I had already sent when I sent the original email. I send in the photos a 2nd time. Then I received another email from same email address(support@ (At)pulsarvaporizers.com) asking the same questions/for pictures as I had already received from them 2 other times. I have now sent in my information/ proof 3 times & not had this issue resolved. Going to have to contact my cc company as this is pure fraud on their end. There is noway in hell this little piece was broken & nothing else had been scratched. I received everything & it was bundled up well which means they knowingly sent this broken piece to me..

Why do companies use third party tracking apps? I bought the Pulsar apx at a vape shop. It is durable, a little restricted on the airflow, but a decent unit. I figured I would upgrade and went right to pulsar's website and ordered the pulsar flow. They took the money out of my account right away but there is no way to know my order status. They want you to download the shop app which is a joke. It's useless. No info there. Learn from Amazon and get people prompt and accurate status tracking!
