Scam —-reviews are true Yes seems like all reviews are true. Ordered but no delivery nearly 2 month, multiple emails to them, no response. Guess that’s that then, free money for them. Disappointed. Order 2415. Please contact me if you can assist. Instead of writing on here to make contact as obviously they don’t.

Avoid - loads of fake reviews. Just to add to my previous and to ratify some of the comments on here - yeah this is a scam. Do not order from them - its clear they are bolstering their Trustpilot rating with fake 1 sentence reviews. They will not answer calls, emails or any communication. Now I have to try and get my money back which promises to be fun.

30 days and counting... I placed an order on November 16. It's been almost 30 days with no tracking information update. I'm still hopeful that it will arrive but nobody responds to any of the emails I send through. There's no active phone line either. It shows that they're busy and typically reply but that doesn't happy. Please let me know what I have to do to get your attention. My order number is 2624. I will definitely change my rating if I get updated on my order.

Disgusting to try and deal. As others have noted,a disgusting experience where support do not respond unless threatened and then they respond with lies and broken promises.Legal action the only way forward. Do not respond to this review by asking me to contact support .Have tried that with no success. Will be dealing with credit card companies to block using this site

Avoid this company Despite paying for expedited shipping it was super delayed. Seems like inventory ships from China before being forwarded from the US so expect significant delays. We received the wrong product in the end, and the company is no longer responding to any correspondence. Avoid this company. The slew of "positive" reviews that are all a tad too similar are concerning as well.
