Fully scammed Wish I had checked Trustpilot before making my purchase. I bought a monitor arm on their website a week ago. It said it would ship the next day and I'd get an update with tracking information. Nothing. Can't reach customer service. It seems that Fully was recently acquired by Miller Knoll. They left their website up and are still taking unsuspecting buyers' money even though they basically don't exist anymore. I have submitted a complaint to the EU Consumer Centre. I urge everyone else affected to do the same. The acquiring company should be forced to refund orders that were never fulfilled.

Don't waste your money I bought a Fully desk a few months ago and accidentally ordered the wrong colour frame (alloy). They were quick to email me with instructions on changing it, and had me order a new frame, sending the old one back for a refund. Unfortunately they never issued a refund and after multiple "we'll get back to you" emails they simply went silent.

Wrong item sent and difficult to contact I ordered a Fully L-desk after finding positive experiences about the desk from YouTube reviewers. It shipped within the projected timeline but they delivered the wrong colored frame. I tried contacting Fully by calling their customer service phone number which was disconnected. They should consider removing the phone number from their automated emails. I have since emailed them about the issue. If I do not hear back in a timely fashion, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. It is not exactly sustainable to have poor fulfillment quality control for a Certified B Corp.

Jarvis hardwood table + Jax arm + Sidekick Ordered a hardwood Jarvis table, Jax arm, and Sidekick cabinet. I have never received any product from Fully in a good condition so far. 3 out of 3 - damaged or poor quality. Table - damaged tabletop right on the surface when you see it the most. The suggested by support discount did not cover the repair expenses. For the Jax arm - the paint peels off right after you take the arm from the box. Sidekick - factory defects on the front panels. Support stopped answering after I asked them to publish my reviews of their products on their website. Low customer service, poor quality, and horrible delivery at a high price tag.

Good and surprisingly quick Was hesitant to order based on the delivery issues noted in other reviews, but seemed like they have improved after switching courier to DHL from Fedex. UK based at least. Ordered on Monday, received desk top on Thursday with the remaining on Friday. Overall quality seemed good, very very minor marks on the desk top but not a big deal. Time will tell how it holds.
